"As a grad student here at UM, I quite enjoy living at Woodbury Gardens. Of all the apartment complexes in Ann Arbor, Woodbury features the most beautiful exterior and a home like feeling. All of my neighbors have been studious and calm. The maintenance requests are filled very quickly, by a cheerful and respectful maintenance staff. In the winter, the sidewalk are plowed and salted every day. Coming from California, I did not appreciate the value of this until I lived it. For a student, the best feature of the complex is the proximity to the #6 bus route. It takes you from Woodbury to the Law School or Union in about 8 minutes. I have lived here for one year and enjoy coming home to the beautiful grounds in any season."

"My wife and I decided to live at Woodbury Gardens because we loved the size of the apartment, the price we were offered for the apartment, and the special lease offer which allowed us to pay lower rent while away for an internship. After having spent a year there, we could not imagine living anywhere else! Living in a community with so many other graduate students has been great and it feels more like a graduate student community that an apartment community.
Since we have a dog, we get to take advantage of the many green spaces and parks in the area, and the outdoor barbeque areas and the pool are great to spend weekend afternoons with friends. We have been very pleased with our apartment as well. The large amount of closet space and the storage area in the basement have been life savers, and the size of the apartment allows us to have all of our friends over comfortably. Woodbury is close enough to school that it is easy to get there by bike, bus or foot, yet far enough away that I feel like I get to get away from school when I get home. If we could go back in time and pick an apartment in Ann Arbor all over again, we would absolutely live in Woodbury again."
